HOW TO BOOK

 In person: Come in and book during opening hours.

Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4:00pm

post the tickets out to you.

Payment: We accept cash, cheques (made payable to The Meeting House Arts Centre Limited) and all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Solo

Regrettably, we are unable to accept cheque payments for Craft Shop and Gallery sales

Reservations and Bookings:

All tickets must be paid for when making reservations (we accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Solo).  Tickets can be picked up at the box office on the evening of the performance.  We are unable to exchange or refund tickets that have been paid for, however tickets can be left for re-sale and will be offered once all other available tickets have been sold.  There may be an administration fee levied on re-sold tickets.

Facilities for the disabled:

There are two priority parking spaces for wheelchair users and full level access to the lower hall for performances and an adapted toilet. Guide dogs are welcome.

At present access to the Galleries and Café is only possible via steps. We are happy to make arrangements for food to be served in the lower hall, or in good weather in our outside seating area.

There is limited free car parking for customers.

 HALL HIRE

The IAC is available for hire for workshops, small conferences, parties and events for up to 100 people.  We are fully licensed and the Main Hall is available during the day time, with the Main Hall, Galleries and Cafe available after closing time.  Special terms can be negotiated for regular weekly workshop bookings.

CATERING

Our experienced team can provide menus for parties, celebration dinners or buffets as well as musical evenings.  We are fully licensed and events can be held either in the cafe area or the Main Hall.
